In-Studio Pickup: Jewelry and saline can be purchased and picked up at the studio! Just make an appointment for Quick Pickup after you complete your purchase. We will meet you at our pickup door w/ your purchase packaged and ready to go! Returns/Exchange Policy: Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, it is neither appropriate nor sanitary for us to accept returns/exchanges of purchased jewelry. Sales of body jewelry are final and nonrefundable. If you are unsure of the jewelry size/style needed, we strongly encourage you to visit a professional piercer for assistance before ordering.

Sizing: It is important to remember that no jewelry is one-size-fits all. Jewelry fit can be as individualized as shoe sizing, and it is especially important to know the size you need before you order since body jewelry is non-returnable. If you don’t know what size you need, the easiest way to find out is with the help of a reputable piercer, you can search for your closest reputable piercer at www.safepiercing.org If you do not have access to a piercer who can help, we may be able to assist you.

Shipping: All of our jewelry orders ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance and is typically delivered within 2-3 business days after pickup. 

All orders ship within 2-4 business days of being placed online. We encourage you to use the provided tracking information and if you aren’t home for the delivery, to have a safe drop spot for your postal carrier to use. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are stolen or misdelivered.

Custom Orders/Special Requests: Looking for an item that you don’t see in our store, or want to have something unique created just for you? We can help! Our online store doesn’t feature our entire inventory, so it’s possible that we already have what you’re looking for. If not, we can work with you to order exactly what you want. Warranty: Some items we stock offer a manufacturer’s warranty on specific components, such as gemstones and gem settings, that guarantee them to be free of defect for the lifetime of the jewelry. It’s pretty rare, but should you experience a gemstone discoloring or cracking, a setting failure, or stripped threading; hold on to the jewelry and get in touch with us to see if the piece is eligible for replacement/repair.

If the damage is from user error and not a manufacturing defect, repair may still be possible at a fair price determined by the manufacturer. Contact us for more information.
