Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, it is neither appropriate nor sanitary for us to accept returns/exchanges of purchased jewelry. Sales of body jewelry are final and nonrefundable. We are NOT responsible if you make an error in ordering a particular size/style. If you are unsure of the jewelry size/style needed, we strongly encourage you to visit a professional piercer for assistance before ordering.
If -we've- made an error in the order please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct any potential mistakes. Jewelry MUST remain packaged and unworn. Jewelry will arrive in a tamper-evident bag. Once the bag is opened, the jewelry is no longer returnable, EVEN IF it was sent incorrectly - NO EXCEPTIONS.
