Shipping policy

SHIPPING

  • All US orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and up to $50 insurance.
  • USPS Priority mail has a shipping time of 1-4 days, but may be subject to postal system delays which are beyond our control. Check USPS for updates. 
  • Shipping times do not include the time needed to process and package the order for shipment. We do our best to make sure that your order is processed and shipped out as quickly as possible. All orders will ship within 1-3 business days of being placed online. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We encourage you to use the provided tracking information and if you aren’t home for the delivery, to have a safe drop spot for your postal carrier to use. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are stolen or misdelivered.   
  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Since customs policies vary from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for more information.


IN-STORE PICKUP
  • Appointments are required for pickup, this gives us the opportunity to prepare your order and have it waiting for you!  Just make an appointment for Quick Pickup after you complete your purchase. We will have your jewelry packaged and ready to go when you arrive. There is no deposit required to book this type of appointment! 
  • If you would like to have us install your jewelry, please schedule a Jewelry Change appointment. 
  • Online orders placed before noon (12:00pm) can be picked up the same day, those placed after noon can be picked up the following business day. 
  • If you are unsure of the size/style needed, please visit the studio to make your purchase so that you don't select the wrong size/item. We have jewelry shopping appointments that are perfect for this!
